We’re looking for a Head of Data Analytics & Customer Insights who will turn data into a core driver of our commercial strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of data, product, design, marketing and sales. You will own how we understand our users - from behaviour to motivation - and translate those insights into actions that drive product development, acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
We are building an AI-powered digital product focused on helping individuals better understand and improve their cognitive performance.
We focus on the individual-combining behavioral signals, interaction data, and self-reflection to uncover patterns in real-world experiences. The goal is to translate complex, human-centered data into clear, actionable insights that support better thinking, focus, and resilience.
At its core, the platform integrates:
Conversational interfaces that capture context-rich user input
Adaptive systems that respond to individual needs and behaviors
Insight frameworks that identify patterns and track change over time
This creates a continuous feedback loop between user experience, data interpretation, and personalized improvement.

Turn Data into Strategy
· Lead the development of data-driven commercial strategies across the marketing platform analytics, customer support and customer insights
· Partner with leadership to define product development, growth priorities based on insights and trends
· Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and user value
Manage customer support
· Create and manage customer support into a structured, data-driven function that protects user trust, enables rapid issue resolution, and feeds critical insights back into Product, Design and Marketing and Sales teams.
Own Customer Insights
· Session Insights - Build a deep understanding of user behaviour, needs, and motivations
· Customer Profile - Define and manage user segmentation models (personas, cohorts, behavioural clusters)
· Manage the data strategy around the emotion (voice and image) and the profiling data
· Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights (feedback, interviews, community signals)
Drive Growth & Monetization
· Manage the marketing analytics platform
· Optimize user journeys across the funnel (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention)
· Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, feature impact, product strategies)
· Work closely with the design, marketing and product teams to improve performance
· Support decision-making with clear, actionable insights
· Act as a bridge between technical data work and business outcomes
· Strong experience in B2C product marketing and data, analytics, or growth roles (preferably in digital products or AI-driven apps)
· Proven track record of influencing commercial or growth strategy through data
· Deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and product metrics
· Experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.)
· Ability to translate complex data into simple insights
· Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
· Creative thinker, not afraid to think and act outside of the box
· Clear understanding of B2C communication strategy with the ability to execute fast and with eye for detail
Bonus Points
· Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or community-driven platforms
· Familiarity with AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems
· Background in pricing strategy or monetization models (freemium, subscriptions
