WorkNomads is seeking a Client Solutions & Delivery Leader to join our European leadership team and support a key client in the fintech BPO sector. Acting as the trusted technical advisor to the client and leading our internal technical team, covering solution design, data/process translation, project governance, and backlog ownership across multiple European markets.
We’re looking for a strategic yet pragmatic, client facing yet technically hands-on leader who’s shaping scalable and reusable solutions, and diving into SQL/data logic when needed, ensuring project value is delivered consistently within fixed budgets and deadlines.
The BPO sector is undergoing rapid transformation, moving beyond traditional outsourcing to become a true ICT and strategic business partner. Leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and advanced analytics, today’s BPOs deliver not only cost efficiency but also digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, and scalable growth. In this role, you will help accelerate that transformation, integrating technology with process expertise to unlock new revenue streams and future-ready business models for our client.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Hybrid => you need to be able to come to Sofia at least on 1week/per month
Dare to have a mission:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a FinTech client, managing roadmap, priorities, and escalations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.
• Understand and document business processes, application dependencies, and data flows.
• Use SQL and data models to validate requirements and guide BI developers.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (full-stack devs, BI, architects, engineers).
• Take on product ownership tasks: refining backlog, translating requirements, and ensuring delivery value.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable solutions and propose efficiency improvements.
The tools in your backpack:
- 7+ years’ experience in hybrid roles such as Technical Account Manager, Technical PM, Solution Lead, or Consultant.
Strong background in SQL and database schemas (prototyping, validation, hands-on data logic). - Solid understanding of cloud migration, system integration, and data-driven applications.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage delivery in complex, multi-application environments.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills (comfortable discussing trade-offs and priorities with business and IT stakeholders).
- Strategic leader who has the ability to think and act in a pragmatic manner focus on achieving results for both the client and WorkNomads
- Capability to remain calm and focused under time pressure while leading the internal teams
- Experience in FinTech or BPO-tech environments is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus
- Ability to travel to the client location and WN LAB Hotel in Sofia on regular basis (min 1 week per month).
