WorkNomads seeks an experienced and results-driven Content Marketer/ Copywriter to join our team. A Copywriter (or Content Marketer) in WorkNomads is responsible for creating and managing the production of high-quality content that aligns with the organization's brand and marketing goals. This includes developing content strategies, producing blog posts, whitepapers, website copy, social media content, and more. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content topics and themes and ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and conversion. The Content Marketer is responsible for tracking and reporting on content performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and promoting content: blog articles, emails, landing pages, promotional copy, social media, video scripts, etc.;
• Optimizing, refreshing, and growing our existing content;
• Creating content strategies and implementing them into release schedules;
• Write content in the style and syntax of WorkNomads’s communication channels;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing team, Engineering team and Hospitality team to create content that will benefit our services at its best;
• Research and understand our offerings, industry trends, and customer pain points;
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic;
• Monitor the effectiveness of content campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and impact;
• Continuously looking for ways to stand out through unique, high-quality content;
The tools in your backpack:
• Professional proficiency in the English language and rich vocabulary;
• Copywriting experience, ideally professional, with a solid portfolio of work;
• Exceptional writing and research skills;
• Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment;
• Experience in drafting, implementing and developing copy for ICT, industrial and infrastructural engineering;
• Ability to solve complex problems and apply interdisciplinary thinking;
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up to date with the trends and the best practices in AI automation and BIM design;
• Proactive and goal orientated;
• Using ChatGPT as a supportive tool, not as a main writing character;
