WorkNomads is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, working remotely within the EU or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your mission at WorkNomads

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles across our distributed teams

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and shape hiring strategies

  • Proactively source top talent using creative channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, platforms, beyond)

  • Create outstanding candidate experiences that reflect our values and culture

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent WorkNomads in talent communities

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes using data and feedback

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in-house, but agency is also an option)

  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools

  • Experience hiring for remote or international teams

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • A structured yet human approach to hiring and candidate engagement

  • A passion about continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting

  • A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
